Sarah Bodri (b.1987) is a Toronto-based artist and studied French Language and Literature + Womxn and Gender studies at York University. She treats portraiture as a means of empowerment and landscape photography as an articulation of self-portraiture, and uses both lens-based and experimental techniques. All aspects of Bodri's practice speak to her reverence for the natural world and ongoing desire to connect people to it (and each other) in a meaningful way.
